The Famous Bluff: Baldwin Versus Addington Part II
This is a helpful reference on how to bluff, check part 1 before reading this.
Addington called without a thought of hesitation, a positive sign that he had a really decent hand, or one he thought was better than that of Baldwin. The Ace Of Diamonds fell on the turn, making a straight or flush possibilities. Baldin made a 95k bet, adding it to the 82k already in the pot and leaving himself with only a few chips left, if he lost the hand.
Addinhton thought about all the possibilities, if He called and won, Baldwin would have only a few chips left and Addington himself would have won. But if He called Baldwin's bet and lost, the tables would be turned around for Bobby Baldwin. Addington played the safe choice, he folded, he thought if he folded he would still be in the lead because of the chip lead.
See Part 3 for the ending of this wildly amusing affair.
Remember there is no such thing as free cash poker unless your in a game with noobs.
